Have you taken our Cheese Class 101? Are you ready for the next class? This class is for you. Let's get a little deeper into aging with vertical tasting. This class is going to show case the difference in 3, 6, 9 months of the same cheese.

About the event
This class is the next level up from cheese 101. We are going to dig a little deeper into the aging of cheese, through verticle tasting. You will also recieve 3 small plated bites. Those bites will include a salad, a toasty with soup and last dish is something sweet. You will taste 3 cheeses at 3 different ages for a total of nine tastes. You will get to enjoy a complementary beverage with your meal. Call the shop if you have any additional questions.
